Soup's for Sunday

Besides having a sunshine filled Sunday it was also a great opportunity to use up a roasted chicken I had lingering in the refrigerator. Cooked it down, pulled out the bones: added some bouillon, green onion, carrots and a sad lonely parsnip (thanks Meade's) and enjoyed a great soup supper!
